Formula:
25ml warm water, 50g granulated sugar, 4G yeast, 255g high flour, 40g softened butter, a pinch of salt, 2 eggs (leave some spare after break), a large amount of white sugar
Make:

Step 4. put in softened butter, knead until tender, remove, place on dry flour table and knead for about 5 minutes.
Step 5. the dough into the container, for proofing cover, until the dough becomes two times larger.

Tips:
1., I use eggs small, so added 10 grams or so water, that is actually consumed about 35ml of water.
2., in the first kneading face, I still accidentally rubbed to extend, and used to knead well
