Bright Dairy is a famous dairy company in China, and its business has been increasing continuously in recent years. The scale and efficiency of enterprises have also been continuously improved. Faced with the growing scale of enterprises, the top decision-makers gradually feel how to manage and evaluate the importance of management team. Prior to this, the decision maker made use of the performance indicators to manage and control the management team, identified other performance indicators, and signed a performance contract with the management team.
