参加挑战杯创业设计竞赛怎样组成良好团队(How to form a good team in the Challenge Cup entrepreneurship design competition) Essential characteristics of team work For businesses, in order to make more rational decisions about when, and how to encourage and use a team, it is first necessary to accurately differentiate between the team and the other groups. Most executives at the top level promote team work, and they should. Team work represents a range of values that encourage listening, responding positively to others, offering support to others, and respecting other peoples interests and accomplishments. These values help the team to work and improve the overall performance of individuals and organizations as a whole. Teams do not mean any group working together, such as committees, councils, and action teams. The difference is in the results of the work. Thus, the team can be defined as a collection of a handful of people who can complement each other and contribute to the common goals and standards of shared responsibility. The core of the team is common dedication. Without this, the team is just a loose personal collection. This common dedication requires a goal that the members can convince. Successful teams also map their common goals to specific job requirements, such as reducing returns by 50%, or raising the math scores of the graduating class from 60 to 95. In fact, if a team can not identify specific specific work objectives, or the specific work objectives are not linked to the overall goal, then the team members will become confused, lax and mediocre. There are three reasons for this: First, a specific team performance goal can define work output in a way that is different from the overall task of the enterprise and the individual work goal. Simply, every routine meeting decision can not last long to maintain the teams excellent performance.
