Teacher evaluation is an important measure to strengthen the management of teachers and improve the level of teachers. The evaluation of teachers is based on many indicators, and student achievement is one of them. In fact, the use of student achievement for teacher evaluation has long been used in primary and secondary schools abroad. This approach was widely adopted in the United States in the 20s and primary school, when the rise of test movement was followed by many educators who believed in the accuracy of standardized tests to measure student progress. Therefore, the teacher evaluation staff believes that standardized tests can also be used to judge the effectiveness of teacher teaching, which leads to a method of evaluating teachers with student achievement.
