Two years six, June 1st Measures for the administration of the Tianjin international trade and shipping service center Article 1 These measures are formulated in order to build Tianjin into an international trade and shipping center of the north, improve the soft environment of the port, give full play to the functions of the Tianjin international trade and shipping service center, and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the city. The second municipal peoples government to set up Tianjin International Trade Shipping Service Center (hereinafter referred to as the service center), is the city for trade, ship and personnel entry and exit to provide centralized administrative approval, electronic data exchange, information, talent exchange and intermediary service places of import and export cargo shipping. Article third these Measures shall apply to the handling of international trade, the clearance of goods within the service center, and the entry and exit of vessels and their personnel. Where there are other provisions in laws and regulations, such provisions shall prevail. The operation of the fourth service centers shall aim at improving the efficiency of the port work, and follow the principle of concentration, convenience, economy and efficiency, and provide quality services to society and enterprises.
