Improving water efficiency, building water-saving industries and water-saving cities, scientific water use should be the primary task of water resources management. This paper will discuss the energy saving and environmental protection problems in building water supply and drainage design from the aspects of water saving, energy saving and pollution control of the two water supply. I. water saving Statistics show that Chinas per capita water resources share of about more than 2400 cubic meters, only 1/4 of the worlds per capita water resources, belonging to the water shortage countries. Especially in the past twenty years, with the rapid development of Chinas national economy, water pollution is becoming more and more serious, and the problem of water resources is becoming more and more prominent. Water conservation has become an important and urgent task. The inefficient use of water and the serious waste of water are common.
