病理学理论教学大纲-7年制2011（Pathology theory syllabus - 7 year 2011） Chapter 1 adaptation and injury of cells and tissues Core content: 1. The concepts, common types and pathological changes of several common adaptive changes (atrophy, hypertrophy, metaplasia and hyperplasia) of cells and tissues. 2. Cells and tissues, common traumatic change - cell edema (cellular swelling), fatty degeneration (fatty change), hyaline degeneration (hyaline degeneration) (including protein deposition in cells) and calcification (pathologic calcification), their concept, cause, mechanism and morphology changes. 3. The concept, type, pathological changes and outcome of necrosis. ? 4. The concept and mechanism of apoptosis (apotosis). Key points: Mucoid change, amyloid change, pigmentation and pathological changes. Effects of activated oxygen species and intracellular free calcium Understand the content: 1. Ultrastructural manifestations of cell damage, including the lesions of cell membranes, cytoplasm, mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum and lysosomes, and the lesions of the nucleus and the basal membrane.
