化脓性髋关节炎的ct与mri表现（Ct and mri manifestations of suppurative hip arthritis） Ct and mri manifestations of suppurative hip arthritis Article: / 【 abstract 】 objective to discuss the various ct and mri manifestations of suppurative hip arthritis. Methods ct and mri of 27 patients with suppurative hip arthritis were analyzed retrospectively, 23 cases of ct were examined, 13 cases were examined with mri, and 9 were ct and mri. Results ct showed 19 cases of soft tissue swelling (1 degree, 5 cases, 5 cases, 8 cases), and 12 cases of mri showed (1 degree, 4 cases, 2 degrees 3, 5 cases). Ct showed 7 cases of articular effusion (pus) and 11 cases of mri. Ct showed 13 cases of hyperplasia of synovial granulation tissue and 10 cases of mri. Ct showed 13 cases of joint clearance and 7 cases with mri. Ct showed 6 cases of hip arthroplasty, 15 cases of bone sclerosis, 4 cases of osteoporosis, 6 cases of intraosseous qi and 1 case of abscess. Conclusion ct and mri are important for the diagnosis and treatment of suppurative hip arthritis. In this paper, a retrospective analysis of 27 cases of ct and mri manifestation of suppurative hip arthritis and various signs, in order to help clinical early diagnosis and guiding treatment, shorten the illness as far as possible, prevent unnecessary complications occur, now report as follows. 1 data and methods 1.1 general information From March 2002 to March 2006, there were 27 cases of suppurative hip arthritis patients in our hospital, including 16 males and 11 females. Age 4 ~ 77, average 36.1 years old. All patients had different levels of pain, 10 cases had soft tissue swelling, but no skin redness and skin temperature increased.
