T he mixtures can not be separated effectively by solvent systems of rr hexan e- etherformic acid( 80: 20: 2) recommenced in refer ences. In this paper , silica G+ 1% carboxymethyl cellulose( CM C) + 0.6 mol/ L boric acid were used as the thin layer chromatography condition , and the solvent system for thin layer chromatography was optimized using the uniform design method , the optimal system for Citric acid esters of partial palmitic acid glycerides was trichloromethan矿proanone- acetic acid (85: 15: 1) , the results accorded w ith one of electron spray ion- izatiorrmass spectrum(ESI- MS).
