A kind of high-fr equency high-voltag e pulse pow er supply for ESP based on ser ies r eso nant inv erter technolo gy and voltag e mult iplier technolo gy is fabrica- ted w ith IGBT , the pow er supply has v irtues of smal-l si e and low-price.
