Direct supervisor: Front Office Sales Manager
Quality requirements
With a high school diploma or equivalent level of education.
Good command of English in customer service.
Have more than 2 years experience in greeting guests, cheerful personality, civilized manners, warm and friendly people.
Best age: 25-45 years of age.
Job responsibilities
From all aspects of strict demands on themselves, set an example, to ensure that staff can conscientiously implement the hotels rules and regulations.
Be responsible for all guest service activities at the lobby counter, and provide maximum satisfaction to the guests so as to ensure the normal operation of the service in the lobby.
Actively guide employees to carry forward the spirit of collectivism, and strive to achieve the established goals of the hotel.
Urge visitors and porters to meet hotel requirements in appearance, behavior, service terms and so on.
Responsible for the assessment and evaluation of the staff.
Investigate and handle guest complaints relating to the work of this group.
Schedules staff schedules.
Arrange maintenance equipment regularly and keep the working condition in good condition.
Take charge of team meeting and training meeting.
Strengthen communication with other teams and ensure that the bellboy will cooperate with the team when serving the guests.
Work out the team work plan and material requisition plan.
The vehicle number and color by provincial and municipal leaders at all levels and regulars, in order to ensure rapid and thoughtful service.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job content
Participate in weekly meetings organized by the Department Manager and deliver the meeting spirit to each employee.
Hold regular meetings and assign tasks carefully.
Daily arrival 15 minutes in advance, to understand the day VIP guest situation, shop meetings and venue usage.
