School of Business, Guangxi University for Nationalities, Nanning Guangxi 530006, China) Abstract: Based on the environmental Kuznets curve analysis tools, combining the information entropy and the model “ ” estimate method, this paper empirically researches the inverted U curve between environmental pollution and economic “ ” growth in Guangxi. The study found, Guangxi environmental Kuznets curve showed inverted U curve, the year of 2008 “ ” was the turning point, but right above of the inverted U curve is not obvious. The pollutant emission intensity on the environmental pollution is more and more obvious in Guangxi, effect of economy on environment pollution decreased year by year, and the industrial structure of the environmental impact is negative.
