Xinji No.1 Mine，Huainan 232170，China） 摘要： 矿井火灾防治是新集一矿“一通三防”管理的重点和难点，考虑抽采与防火的关系，新集一矿主要开采煤层为13煤、11煤、9煤、8煤、6煤均有自燃倾向性，自然发火等级Ⅱ级，自燃发火期一般为3～6个月。自1993年投产以来共发生自然火灾16次，发生自然火灾的煤层主要为13煤层，8煤层仅在巷道过断层处发生1次。为保证13煤层的安全回采，开展了煤层“三带”研究，确定防火措施。本文介绍了131303综放工作面回采期间自燃标志性气体的确定，并对采空区自燃“三带”进行测定，并针对性的采取综合防灭火技术的应用情况。 Abstract: Coal mine fire prevention and control is the emphasis and difficulty in ventilation and safety management of Xinji No.1 Mine. Considering the relationship betain mining coal seams of Xinji No.1 Mine are Seam 13, Seam 11, Seam 9, Seam 8 and Seam 6, all of only 3 ~ 6 months. Since its launch in 1993,a total of 16 times of spontaneous fire have occurred. The main involved coal seam is Seam 13. The Seam 8 only has one time of fire accident at the roadining of Seam 13, the coal seam “3 zones” research is carried out and fire prevention measures are determined. This paper introduces the determination of iconic spontaneous bustion gas and carries on the determination of spontaneous bustion 3 zones in the goaf, and adopts prehensive fire prevention and control technology. .jyqk；3 zones；prehensive fire prevention and control 　　中图分类号：TD752.2 文献标识码：A：1006-4311（2015）20-0101-04 1概述 131303综放工作面位于1水平三采区（北中央采区）是三采区首采综放工作面，开采的煤层为13-1及13-1下煤层。工作面平均全层厚度7.26m，平均纯煤厚度6.40m，平均含夹矸厚度0.86m，13煤层走向240°～300°，倾向330°～30°，煤层倾角3°～28°，平均15°；工作面南部由于距离F10断层较近，受F10断层的影响，煤层起伏变化较大。131303工作面回采期间的相对瓦斯量为：2.06~3.74 m3/t；13煤层属于煤尘有爆炸性危险的煤层，煤尘爆炸指数为55.21%；13煤自燃倾向性等级为Ⅱ类，自燃倾向性为自燃，煤层自然发火期一般3～6个月；地温：28℃～34℃；地压：因本工作面下部为11-2煤层采空区，地应力平衡曾经受采动破坏，裂隙较为发育，回采期间原始应力平衡再次被破坏，局部应力集中，特别是过断层期间，会出现压力增大，易发生冒顶。 矿井采用混合式通风方式，混合井、副井进风，中央回风井及西风井回风。中央主扇与西风井主扇均为抽出式，两风井主扇各有一台使用，一台备用。中央主扇型号为2K56-4NO.30，西风井主扇型号为GAF26.6-15-1，两个风井主扇运行平稳、可靠。中央主扇静压为2270Pa，西风井主扇静压
