　　基于人性化管理模式在护理管理中运用的研究 李 珍 山东省临沂市兰山区南坊镇卫生院，山东临沂 276000 [摘要] 目的 分析人性化管理模式在护理管理中的运用效果。方法 于实行人性化护理管理前和实行人性化护理管理3个月后，各随机抽取100例患者，让患者就医院整体护理质量、护理人员服务态度、护理人员行为、就医环境进行评分，并发放护理满意度调查表，了解患者的护理满意度；向该院100名护理人员发放调查问卷，让护理人员就工作环境、工作强度、工作模式、工资待遇、人际关系、工作成就感、集体荣誉感等进行评分。结果 实行人性化护理管理3个月后各项评价指标均优于实行人性化护理管理前，人性化护理管理前后的比较差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论 采用人性化管理可提高护理人员的护理工作质量和患者的护理满意度，人性化管理模式在护理管理中运用效果良好。 [ .jyqkanized management model in nursing management based on LI Zhen The Institute of Health Nan Fang Toanized management mode in nursing management.
