The seedling breeding expermi ent ofM ach ilus thunberg ii is discussed by themethods of sow ing just after collecting and the transplanting ofyoung seedlings in this article. The results show that the best period for keeping young seedlings in the nursery bed is 30 days after sow ing and the seed- lingsmust be transplanted in 3 hours after digging up. And the suitable size of a tray w ith 50 holes for producing young seedlings ofM ach ilus thunberg ii is54 cm @ 27 cm @ 9 cm. The series techniques of seed collecting, sow ing, and transplanting of young seedlings forM ach ilus th unberg ii is also summarized in this article.
