Implementing human centered management and taking human as the starting point and destination of enterprise management activities are the essential requirements of modern enterprise system, and also the qualitative stipulation of modern enterprise system. This paper expounds the main problems existing in the humanistic management of enterprises in our country, and puts forward the main countermeasures for the implementation of humanistic management in enterprises.
