38例重症手足口病患儿急救及护理【摘要】 目的 通过对38例手足口病重症患儿的急救，探讨手足口病重症的抢救与护理方法。方法 对本院2010年4月1日至6月30日以来收治的38例手足口病重症患儿的急救与护理的临床资料进行分析。结果 经抢救的38例重症患儿，治愈出院33例，转上级医院5例。结论 手足口病重症患儿经及时有效的抢救和护理措施可取得满意的治疗效果。? 【关键词】 手足口病；重症；急救；护理 ?? 【Abstract】 Objective To discuss 8 cases of children with severe hand, foot and mouth disease first aid, hand, foot and mouth disease of severe rescue. Methods 38 cases treated since the hand, foot and mouth disease first aid and care of children with severe clinical data for analysis. Results 38 cases of children with severe rescue, recovered 33 cases, 5 cases turn higher hospital.
