吻合器在结肠造口术中应用观察【摘要】 目的 探讨结肠造口术中使用吻合器的技巧及优点。方法 对2002年5月至2008年5月应用管形吻合器进行结肠造口术的36例患者就手术方法及并发症进行回顾性分析及随访。结果 36例病例其中行Miles手术29例，Hart mann手术5例，单纯结肠造瘘术2例，术后人工肛门无出血、无坏死、无狭窄。结论 应用吻合器进行结肠人工造口，手术简单，人工肛门形态美观，具有并发症少，护理方便等优点。? 【关键词】吻合器；结肠造口术 ??
