实施护理风险管理 控制护理缺陷【摘要】 目的 有效地回避护理风险,降低护理缺陷、护理纠纷的发生率,为患者提供安全、有序的优质护理。方法 回顾五年来心内科发生的护理缺陷的典型案例,分析发生的原因,制定防范措施。结果 分析出护理缺陷发生的主要原因4条,并制定出相应防范措施。结论 只有认真分析缺陷原因,持续改进防范策略,全面落实防范措施,才能有效控制护理缺陷的发生。 【关键词】 护理;风险管理;缺陷控制 Implement nursing risk management,Control nursing defects DU Bo,ZHANG Yuan.
