胫骨平台骨折手术疗效影响因素探析【摘要】 目的 本研究对胫骨平台骨折手术的疗效进行分析，并探讨了影响手术疗效的相关因素以及相关的预防措施。方法 对我院2009年1月到2011年1月收治的150例胫骨平台骨折患者的手术临床资料进行分析，其中男78例，女72例。150例患者依据Schatzker分型原则进行分类，其中Ⅰ型23例，Ⅱ型56例，Ⅲ型35例，Ⅳ型25例，V型7例，Ⅵ型4例。Ⅰ型5例患者进行空心加压螺钉固定法，其他145例患者进行钢板螺钉内固定或者植骨法处理，分析患者手术后治疗效果以及影响手术疗效的相关因素。结果 本研究对132例患者进行了成功随访，随访时间7~56个月，平均随访时间25个月。Hohl膝关节功能评分结果显示手术治疗的优良率为84%，手术后有15例患者出现了并发症。结论 目前手术治疗胫骨平台骨折是比较有效的方法。手术过程中解剖复位、固定的稳定性、骨折部位软组织的保护情况以及手术后的康复治疗等因素是影响手术疗效的关键，应在术中和术后均采取预防措施。 【关键词】 胫骨平台；骨折；疗效;影响因素 The influence factors of tibial plateau fracture surgery LIU Xiao-dong,WANG Xiao-guang, XU Guang-hui,et al. Methods The hospital in January 2009 to January 2011 treated 150 cases of tibial plateau fracture surgery in patients with clinical data analysis, male 78 cases, female 72 cases.150 patients according to Schatzker classification principles of classification, of which 23 cases Ⅰ, Ⅱ-type 56 cases, Ⅲ in 35 cases, Ⅳ type in 25 cases, V in 7 cases, Ⅵ type 4 cases. Hohl knee score showed good surgical treatment was 84%, after surgery, 15 patients had complications. Conclusion Surgical treatment of tibial plateau fracture is a more effective method. Anatomic surgical procedures, stability of a fixed, the fracture site and soft tissue protection of post-operative rehabilitation therapy and other factors affecting the surgical treatment of the key should be both during and after surgery to take preventive measures. 【Key words】 Ti
