维普资讯 · 186 针刺研究 第 26卷 2001年 第 3期 intotreatmentgroup andcontrolgroup AllthepatientsmettheRA RevisedC1assification Standard (1987)andActiveRAStandardofAmericanRheumatoidDi seAssociation．Intreatmentgroup。31 patientsweretreatedwithwarmingneedlesandacupointsusedwereQuehi(LI11)，Waiguan(sI5)， Hegu(LI4)，Baxie(EX—UE9)，Yanglingquan (GB34)，Zusnali(ST 36)，Kunlun (BL6O)， Bafeng(EX—LE 10)，ere．Thetreatmentwasgivenoncedaily，withtwoorthreepointsusedevery tim e，na dwith theneedleswamr edfor2Oto30minutes．Incontrolgroup，VoatlinOintm entwasap— pliedtothelocalaffectedpart。twicedaily．30days’treatmentwasconsideredasatheraputieCOUlee． Aninterva1of5or7dayswas givenbeforethenexttreatmentstrated Aftertreatment．theresults showedasatisfactoryresultinbothgroups．Regardingtothepajn andswelling degrees， 出tTest showedasignificantdifferencebetweenpre-andpost—treatment(P 0．05)．Tendernessindexof jointsnadthenumbersofjointpainhadremrakableimprovement，symptomssuchasmorningstiff— ness，etcwere obviously impmved，buttherewaslittledifference between thetwogroups (P O．05)．W arming needle therapy iseffectivein improving clinicalsymptomsespecially in relieving pain，which issimilartothatofVotalinOintment Itisworthtobementionde thatthewamr ingnee— dietreatmenthasn0irritna ttotheskinandhasnosideeffect．andisthussuperiortoVotalinOint— mentin thisrespect． 阿是穴斜刺治疗腰腿颈肩肌肉损伤 145例疗效分析 徐 奔 (上海市七宝医院针灸科． 上海 201101) 肌肉损伤引起的腰腿颈肩疼痛是临床常见病症 。本科室 自3．998年以来用阿是穴斜刺法治疗 腰腿颈肩肌肉损伤病例 145例，疗效十分理想．现简介如下。 临床资料：本组 145例中男性 79例，女性 66例，年龄 12—83岁．其中20岁以下4例．2O～4O 岁52例，40～60岁71恻，6o以上 18倒。病程最短者 1天，最长者 20年。 诊疗方法 ：据患者的病史、主诉，观察患者的运动障碍进行肌 肉工作分析，再行触诊检查以确定 受伤的肌 肉并找到此束肌 肉的最痛点，取 28号 2～4寸毫针在沿此束肌 肉长轴距最痛点适当距离 处垂直进针，针尖进入皮下疏松结缔组织层时调整进针角度 向痛点斜 向刺入，角度根据损伤肌 肉的 解剖深度而定。病人此时会有 明显的酸胀感觉，留针 3～15min，不提插捻转 。当针感消失或明显 缓解后即可出针。如损伤波及多束或多块肌肉则需按对功能障碍影响的主次先后分别针刺．逐一 治疗 ，才能获得较好的疗效 。治疗隔 日1次，5次为 1个疗程，2个疗程未 见显效者改用其他方法 治疗 。 疗
