不同生长期安氏ⅱ类1分类错畸形患者非拔牙矫治的疗效评估（In different growth periods, class 1 malocclusion deformity patients with non extraction treatment efficacy evaluation） [Abstract] Objective To investigate the optimal timing of growth phase II Division 1 malocclusion patients with malocclusion orthodontic treatment and the growth and development of mutual influence. Methods 60 cases of patients with class II Division 1 malocclusion, according to the Baccetti age stage will be divided into the growth peak (CVM II) and non extraction group and control group, the growth peak of late (CVM III) and non extraction group and control group of 4 groups, each group of male female. Cephalometric radiographs were collected and analyzed before and after the treatment. The soft and hard tissue changes after treatment in patients with the CVM II non extraction group after treatment of bone tissue than in CVM stage III non extraction group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), the difference between most teeth and soft tissues was not statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion for the CVM II phase II Division 1 malocclusion malocclusion patients, non extraction orthodontic treatment can inhibit maxillary growth to some extent, promote the development of the jaw and chin, the clinical treatment should be given in the early stage of CVM II, in order to obtain better effect.
