This is an age of acceleration. The railways are speeding up, economic construction is accelerating, and work life is accelerating. However, speed does not mean high efficiency; on the contrary, if one pursues speed and ignores quality, then there will inevitably be problems.
The same is true for enterprise development. The aggravation of market competition and the deterioration of living environment bring heavy pressure to enterprises, and bring heavy pressure to employees at the same time. In order not to be eliminated, enterprises and employees are constantly accelerated, our pursuit of profit growth, we continue to increase the task index, additional manpower and material inputs, our employees work in endlessly...... However, in the end, there is no hope that we will see the result. On the contrary, it is a different situation: the efficiency of enterprise operation is low, the turnover rate of employees is rising, and the cost of enterprise management is high. According to a survey in 2010 19 qianchengwuyou, industry employees the average turnover rate of 18.5%, of which the traditional service industry up to 24.2%. Why is there such a situation? Why do our enterprises pay huge costs, or can not retain employees, so that employees lack security and sense of belonging? In my view, this is our incentive mechanism, a problem. Our enterprises tend to pay too much attention to hard incentives (i.e. material incentives), while ignoring soft incentives. This kind of soft encouragement is the concern for employees in the form of enterprise culture.
Enterprise culture promotes the development of employee energy
