For the easy impiementation on FPGA, the fractionai part of the carrier freguency offset is estimated by the integer part of the carrier freguency offset adjustment combining with average of itseif. At the same time, in this hardware structure a iot of resources are used repeti- tiveiy. Totaiiy, a hardware structure design with few resources and high speed is reaiized.
