安徽农业科学,Journal of Anhui Agri .Sci .2008 ,36( 31) :13626 - 13628 责任编辑 罗芸 责任校对 张士敏 全缘叶栾树种子脂肪分析 1 2 1 3 1 1 孙宝腾 , 王文房 , 罗天宝, 鄢爱萍, 丽艳 , 李恩香 ( 1. 南 昌大学生命科学院, 江西南 昌33003 1;2 . 临沂师范学院生命科学院, 山东临沂 276005 ;3 . 南昌大学分析测试中心, 江西南 昌330047) 摘要 [ 目的] 分析全缘叶栾树种仁含油量及其油中脂肪酸成分 。[ 方法] 用索氏抽提 器提取全缘叶栾树种子 油, 计算种子含 油量; 种子 油脂肪酸 甲酯化后用气相 色谱- 质谱联 用仪测定其成分。[ 结果] 全缘叶栾树种仁含 油量达54 .04 % 。种 子油中含5 种饱和脂肪 酸和3 种不饱和脂肪酸, 其 中不饱和脂肪酸含量达75 .26 % , 主要包括 油酸(31 .07 %) 、二十碳烯酸(35 .07 %) 和芥酸( 9 . 12 %) 。全缘叶栾树种子 油具有较 高的营养价值, 但种子油中不含营养价值更高的多不饱和脂肪酸, 而且含有不易消化的芥酸和花生酸。[ 结论] 全缘叶 栾树种 子油具有较 高的营养价值, 但其能否作为食 用油, 还需进行相关的毒理学研究。 关键词 全缘叶栾树; 种子; 脂肪酸;GC- MS 中图分类号 S794 .9 文献标识码 A 文章编号 0517 - 6611(2008) 31- 13626 - 03 Analysis on Fat in Koelreut eri a bipi nnat a Var . int egrif oli a T . Chen . [ Method] The seed oil of K .bipinnat a was extracted with soxhlet extraction and the oil content in seeds was calculated . The component of fatty acid in seed oil was detected with gas chromatograph- mass spectrometer after the fatty acid being methyl esterified . [ Result] The oil content in seed kernel of K . bipi nnat a reached 54 .04 % . There were 5 saturated fatty acids and 3 unsaturated fatty acids in seed oil , among which , the content of unsaturated fatty acid reached 75 .26 % , and the unsaturatedfatty acid mainly contained oleic acid (31 .07 %) , eicosenoic aci d ( 35 .07 %) and erucic acid (9 .12 %) .
