建筑装饰装修管理规定(199591)（Regulations on decoration and decoration of buildings (199591)） Release date: April 17, 2008 [font: big middle small] print this page (construction ministry no. 46 of 7 August 1995) Chapter I general rules Article 1 in order to strengthen the management of construction decoration, promote the development of architectural decoration renovation, protecting the lawful rights and interests of the parties to a construction decoration, ensure public security, these provisions. Article 2 these provisions shall apply to all newly-built, expanded and renovated projects and the decoration of buildings and structures such as the original buildings. The buildings with the protection value of cultural relics and the decoration of ancient buildings shall be performed in accordance with the relevant provisions. Building decoration, referred to in these provisions refers to the exterior and interior space for the buildings or structures as part of the environment quality requirement, use adornment to decorate material, to modify the appearance of buildings and structures and internal engineering and construction activities. The term original house as mentioned in this regulation refers to all kinds of houses which have already obtained the certificate of ownership and have been put into use. Article 3 the building owners, users, building decoration design units, construction units, the quality and safety supervision units, construction supervision unit, housing security identification, etc., all shall abide by these provisions. Article 4 the decoration and decoration of the building shall be safe and applicable, the environment shall be optimized and the economy shall be reasonable, and it shall conform to the relevant provisions and standards of urban planning, fire control, power supply and environmental protection. Article 5 the construction administrative department of the state council shall, in turn, manage the decoration and decoration work of the country.
