Control principle Biological experiments are explored through the control and intervention of experimental phenomena. The control itself is to find out the various factors that influence the phenomenon on the basis of analysis, so as to control or interfere with the factors that need to be studied to realize the purpose of the essence of things. From the perspective of epistemology, the control of biological experiment can be divided into two categories: one is to try to exclude the interference of the study object, the other is to try to interfere with the research object. The principle of the two opposite controls is based on the principle of subtraction and addition. 1. Principle of subtraction The principle of subtraction in experimental control is to try to exclude certain factors from interfering with the subjects, while trying to keep the subjects stable and to reflect the objects in a more pure state. According to principle of subtraction of experimental process control can eliminate the influence of some conditions, for example, in the design of a drug for animal experimental study, the efficacy of animals individual differences, the external environment and so on all may have interference effects on experimental research, some animals can choose pure as experimental material, this is to rule out the interference effect of individual differences of curative effect.
