Guiding language: its important to exercise your brain in order to stay sharp. The less we think, the slower it becomes. We care more about our brains, and we become wise. Here are 20 programs to train your brain.
1, read a good book.
Reading stimulates the imagination. When you read, your brain doesnt keep looking at the picture. Reading makes your mind start to work. I like to have books take me along. I always have a book, sometimes even three to four books. I borrowed most of the books from the library so I dont have to pay for each book. It also enabled me to read various books without risk.
2. Play games properly.
The bad side of online games is that it causes your head to rot, but in fact, some can also help you strengthen your mind. Some games can test mental activity and know how to screen games that help the brain.
3 practice meditation.
Dont worry, not to leave the deepest end of the new age here. There are many ways of meditating. For people, the simplest form of meditation is to spend a little time alone, to relax and concentrate on thinking. Its magical healing.
