Salary concept
Enterprise salary system is the highlight of enterprise management. Overall salary = direct remuneration + indirect reward + non monetary reward
V direct remuneration includes basic salary (fixed salary): basic salary, performance pay, allowance, etc. bonus (variable salary), such as stock option, bonus, etc..
V indirect compensation: mainly refers to welfare, consists of two parts: national legal welfare and enterprise supplementary welfare.
