持续性压迫对损伤脊髓组织学变化的影响(Effect of continuous compression on histological changes of spinal cord injury) Effect of continuous compression on histological changes of spinal cord injury Update: 2010-07-03 beginning with Wu Meiying Ma Shuzhi Wang Dayong Wei [Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of the pressure of blood flow after acute spinal cord injury and pathological changes of spinal cord injury. Method with compression and non compression group group of animal animal injury spinal cord blood flow was measured and observed with light microscope and electron microscope on acute spinal cord injury. Results (1) blood pressure on the acute spinal cord injury rate decline is not affected, but the effect of the injured spinal cord blood flow recovery. (2) long time compression caused the injured spinal cord. Conclusion spinal cord injury after continuous compression to restore slow blood flow in the spinal cord injury, pathological damage aggravated. [Key words] acute spinal cord injury and pathological changes of spinal cord blood flow and tissue compression Effect of Continued Compression on Histopathologic Changes After Spinal Cord Injury CHU Tong-wei, WU Mei-ying, MA Shu-zhi, et al. Dept. of Orthopaedics, Xinqiao Hospital, Third Military Medical University, Chongqing 400037 [Abstract] Aim To study the effect of compression on the local blood flow, and the histopathologic changes of the injured spinal cord. Methods The blood flow was measured, and the histopathologic changes under light microscope and electron microscope of the injured spinal cord in both of the compressed group and the non-compressed group were observed. Results (1) The compression did not affect the decreasing range of the injured spinal cord blood flow. (2) Long-term compression caused continuous damage to the injured spinal cord. Conclusion Continued compression aggravates pathologic injury through affecting the recovery of local spinal cord blood flow. [Key] words Acute spinal cord injury Compres
