A Study of proposing energy saving policy for Taiwan domestic incandescent lamps 林 金 力 年來量 率 來都 量 15~20% 率 行量 便 料 行行 行 率理益 Abstract In recent years many countries in the world for achieving the goals of the lighting energy conservation and greenhouse gas decrement, declared the policy of banning the use of the incandescent lamps and replace the lamp bulbs with the higher efficiency lighting sources. For insufficient natural resources we import most energy form other countries, lighting electricity approximately is about 15~20% of the overall electricity consumption. Therefore Using more efficient appliances will be helpful to electricity saving. Proposing the policy of phase out the incandescent lamps there are many issues for considering, such as impact influence to industry and the feasible scheme to alternate. Therefore how to come out the incandescent lamp bulb energy conservation policy which is feasible and easy to implement becomes a quite important topic. This research not only surveys various correlation subjects and but also analyze the related policies around the world, by visiting domestic main supplies to understand the actual supply and demand situation in the marketing, carries on the investigation and the substitution feasibility to each aspect. Finally drawing up the concrete suggestion and the implementing related method, it will help to form the domestic incandescent lamp bulb energy conservation policy and the following energy efficiency management. 1 (Keywords) (In
