科 目：植物之多樣性功能 Diverse Function of Plants 學分數：2 負責教師：宋國彰 一、教學目標： 1. 認識earning the importance roles of plant in human survival 2. 認識台灣日常生活中的重要植物 Acquiring a complete picture of important plants in the daily life of Taiwan 3. 探討台灣的重要保育議題Exploring the vital conservation issues in Taiwan 4. 增進對自然環境的珍惜 Raise the awareness of cherishing our natural environment次數 教 學 內 容 1 簡介: 簡單且全面介紹植物在人類生活的各種角色，以及人類如何從剛開始去野外採集植物到最後可以用農業方法種植植物的過程。 Introduction: Briefly introducing various functions of plants in human daily life and the human history of the transformation from scavengers to farmers. 2 環境的守護者: 植物是生態界的主要基礎生產者及分解者，透過這些生態功能與其它物種的互動，維持許多生態系的穩定。 Environmental guard: Plants are the fundamental producers and decomposers for many ecosystems. They interact with other organisms through these ecological functions and ultimately maintain the stability of ecosystems. 3 糧食植物: 講解植物如何在各種不同氣候地區，提供人類食物，還有這些糧食植物被馴化的歷史。 Food plants: Introducing how a diversity of plants provides food for human beings in various climate zones and the history of the domestication of food plants. 4 藥用植物: 植物在傳統醫學及現代新藥開發所扮演的重要角色。 Medicinal plants: Introducing the important roles of plants in the traditional medicine and the development of new medicines. 5 植物與藝術: 植物本身或其所營造的自然環境，曾啟發需多藝術家的創作。課程中將會列舉許多中西實例。 Art and plants: Plants themselves and the natural environments created by plants have inspired the creations of many artists. Many examples from the eastern and western world will be shown. 6 台灣的植物概論: 簡介台灣哪些環境會出現原生植物，以及這些原生植物的利用價值。 Plants in Taiwan: Introducing the native plants in various natural environments of Taiwan and their utilizations. 7 醫療-草藥: 台灣草藥與漢藥的文化以及所用植物種類的介紹。 Medicinal care- herb: Introducing the culture of Taiwanese herbal medicine and the traditional Chinese medicine, and species of these medicinal plants. 8 民俗: 介紹台灣民俗活動中，所使用的植物及其用途，例如:榕樹及抹草。 Customs: Introducing plants which are used in Taiwanese folk activities and th
