摘 要 本课题研究的是人事财务信息管理平台的开发，所应用的环境是一个中小型的企业，企业本身管理混乱，人事财务信息处理繁琐且错漏很多，原有的人事管理系统无法满足该企业的具体需求，课题开发的管理平台能对人事财务信息进行很好的管理，可以满足该企业的需求。 本管理平台使用ASP进行编译，网络化操作使使用更加方便。系统的数据库选择SQL Server2000，其快捷性、安全性和功能的强大更加贴合企业的需求。 系统中具体有员工资料模块、人事管理模块、工资管理模块、系统登陆模块、统计管理模块、系统功能模块、系统设置模块等七大功能模块。主要有工资套账建立、应扣处理和特殊处理，能对工资进行公式计算，能自动生成工资表单，能对工资变动进行统计，对工资压力进行分析以便控制成本，还可以对登录人进行权限设置以保证系统的安全性，有各种人性化的提醒功能等。 运行结果证明，其功能基本符合用户需求，能够完成员工基本信息、工资、考勤的输入和统计，并提供部分系统维护功能,使用户方便进行数据备份和恢复、数据删除。同时也考虑到了单位编码以减少数据冗余的问题，对于数据的一致性的问题也通过程序进行了有效的解决。本系统极大提高了工作效率，节省了人力和物力，同时也成为现代化企业管理的标志。 关键词：人事财务；ASP；SQL Server2000 Abstract This research project is mainly about the development of Personnel Management Information System, which will be used in a small company. This company dose a very bad job in management, this research will process the personnel information data well which the original one can’t do, and it will match the company’s real need. During the compilation, we will use ASP to help us, which network operations make our work easier. And we prefer to chose SQL Server2000 to be data base, which is faster, safer, and more power. We believe it will match the company’s need. This system contains seven main functions, which named the Personnel Information, the Payroll management, the Statistics management, the System function management, and the Settings. There are wages set of accounts established, treatment and special treatment should be withheld can be calculated on wages, wage forms can be automatically generated and can change the statistics on wages, the analysis of wage pressures to control costs, people can also log Permission settings to ensure system security, a variety of user-friendly reminder functions. After the development and debugging, this system can meet the needs of the company which can do the jobs such as entering and counting personnel information, and it offer system maintenance service either which make it possible for the user backup, recovery, delete the data.
