医院药学信息管理平台的设计研究 ＊ # 虞 勋 ，程宗琦，包建安，缪丽燕（苏州大学附属第一医院药学部，江苏苏州 215006） 中图分类号 R952 文献标志码 A 文章编号 1001-0408（2014）41-3931-03 DOI 10.6039/j.issn. 1001-0408.2014.41.31 摘 要 目的：通过对医院信息系统未覆盖的或管理功能不完善的药事流程设计药事管理模块，以提高管理效率、优化工作流 程。方法：以微软的.net 为开发平台，SQL Sever 2005为数据库开发药学信息管理平台，建立基于B/S 模式与C/S 模式相结合的医 院药事网络管理信息系统平台。结果与结论：通过设计适合药学部管理模式的信息管理平台功能模块，包括用于药事管理的治疗 药物检测管理模块、制剂管理模块、社区用药安全管理模块，以及成员信息管理模块、资产管理模块等，可实现药学部药事管理的 信息化与现代化，使医院药学管理者能更方便快捷地掌握医院药事的最新动态信息、科室成员信息，有效提高医院药事管理的工 作效率，减少管理成本。 关键词 医院药事管理；信息系统平台；信息共享；数据同步 Design and Research of Information Management Platform for Hospital Pharmacy YU Xun ，CHENG Zong-qi ，BAO Jian-an ，MIAO Li-yan （Dept. of Pharmacy ，The First Affiliated Hospital of Soo- chow University ，Jiangsu Suzhou 215006，China ） ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE ：In order to improve the efficiency of management and the optimization of workflow by designing pharmacy management module according to incomplete management function of pharmaceutical process uncovered by hospital infor- mation system. METHODS ：Using M as development platform and SQL Sever 2005 as database development platform ， hospital pharmacy network management information system platform had been established on the basis of B/S model and C/S mod- el. RESULTS CONCLUSIONS ：Information management platform function module ，which is suitable for pharmacy department management model ，has been established ，including therapeutic drug management module ，preparation management module ，com- munity medication safety management module ，member ’s information management module and asset management module ，etc. It realizes informatization and modernization of pharmacy management ，promotes pharmacy manager to master latest dynamic informa- tion and member ’s information of hospital pharmacy ，improves work efficiency and reduces management cost of the hospital phar- macy management.
