(DSC Operate menu) 儀器名稱(Instrument Name) ：DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimeter) 設備(Tool) ：DSC 設備(DSC instrument) 、鋁盤(Aluminum plate) 、壓鋁盤用具(Press aluminum plate tool) 、電子天秤(electric scale) 、夾子(clip) 、冰塊(ice) 、厚衛生紙 (tissue).  使用申請單 (Application form ) 申請單負責老師 (management Professor) ：廖德章(Dr. Liao)老師 (若老師出國， 去系辦問代理人) (簽名時，必須帶要測的樣品的TGA 圖給老師看) (6th floor ) 技士(management technician) ：張美杏 填寫內容(application item) ：溫度、氣體氮氣(N2) 、樣品種類…..  樣品鋁盤 ( Aluminum plate) 1. 鋁盤分為兩部分，樣品槽和上蓋，先將空白的樣品槽和上蓋鋁盤量秤重量(單 位：mg) ，紀錄鋁盤全部重量(Aluminum plate, two parts, up cover and down body, for weight in blank, record the weight of aluminum plate, always 5.7mg ,0.0057g ) 2. 將樣品(液體)利用牙籤取樣，放入鋁盤樣品槽，必須小心放入，不可以放太 多液體，也不可以碰觸到邊緣 (Using the toothpick pick the sample in the aluminum plate, sample can’t touch the edge of the plate) 鋁盤樣品槽 鋁盤上蓋 Aluminum down body Aluminum up cover 滴樣品不可以 觸碰鋁盤邊緣 蓋上蓋子 sample can’t touch the Press aluminum plate edge of the plate 3. 將盛裝樣品之鋁盤再次秤重，紀錄重量(mg) (sample in the aluminum plate, weight them.) (空鋁盤重 blank aluminum plate) ─ (樣品sample+鋁盤重aluminum) = 樣品重量sample weight (mg) 樣品大約在3~5mg 之間 (about 3~5mg) 4. 將鋁盤上蓋蓋上，必須小心不可以傾斜，不可以使樣品液體碰到鋁盤邊緣， 將其放在壓鋁盤儀器位置上 (sample in the aluminum down body and cover the up lip, put the aluminum plate on the press aluminum plate tool ) 5. 利用壓鋁盤工具鐵片，正面為平(朝上)先壓第一次(壓下後會有感覺) ，反面為 凹(朝上)壓第二次 (Press aluminum plate steel, flat side is front side, concave side is back, the first press is the steel flat side face upward, the second press is the steel concave face the upward.) 平 flat 凹 concave 朝上 upward 朝上upward 第一次壓 1st press 第二次壓 2nd press  DSC 樣品槽降溫 (DSC sample holder cooling) 0
