健康教育及行为干预对基层社区高血压患者血压控制效果评价【中图分类号】R193 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1672－3783(2011)10－0031－01 【摘要】目的：通过多种形式的健康教育、促进和行为干预，实施对社区高血压患者的病情控制，并检测其临床效果。方法：随机选择本社区253例高血压患者为研究对象，依照便于宣教、便于区域管理的原则将其分为健教促进与行为干预组（观察组）141例，对照组112例。观察组给予常规药学指导的基础上，给予健康教育和行为干预，对照组仅仅给予常规的药学指导及定期进行血压的检测。结果：观察组患者药物依从性的提高和生活习惯的修正均得到明显的好转，血压基本维持在正常范围之内；对照组患者药物依从性较差，部分患者生活陋习无任何改变的迹象，血压偏高，且波动值较大。结论：有效的健康教育促进和行为干预对高血压患者的病情控制和预防有着十分重要的临床价值。 【关键词】高血压；健康教育；行为干预；疾病控制；效果评价 Health education and behavioral intervention on the grass-roots community blood pressure control in hypertensive patients Evaluation Du Xiangfang 【Abstract】Objective: Through various forms of health education, promotion and behavioral interventions, implementation of community control of hypertension in the patient’s condition and test its clinical effect. Methods: 253 cases randomly selected patients with hypertension in this community for the study, according to facilitate the mission, to facilitate regional management principles to promote health education and behavior is divided into intervention group (observation group) 141 patients in the control group of 112 cases. Results: The patient medication compliance and lifestyle improvement amendments are to be a marked improvement, basically to maintain blood pressure within the normal range; control group of patients with poor medication compliance, living habits in some patients without any signs of change in blood pressure high, and the large fluctuations in value.
