强震山区铁路防灾减灾策略研究  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 21 强震山区铁路防灾减灾策略研究 摘要：为从源头上预防和减轻强震山区的铁路灾害，在铁路工程建设的源头——选线阶段，通过合理的选线策略研究，达到科学地防灾减灾的目的。本文参照青藏铁路、川藏公路选线设计等相关资料，充分发挥地质工程专业优势，通过对川藏地区地形地貌，地质构造，地层岩性的深入研究，提出并分析强震山区铁路（川藏线）选线设计中会面临的重大地质灾害问题，重点剖析强震带来的山体崩塌、滑坡、泥石流、雪崩、冻土、溶洞等重大地质灾害，并给出防灾减灾的具体方案策略。 关键词：铁路选线；地震；地质灾害；灾害分析；防灾减灾 Abstract:In order to prevent and reduce the happening of railway?geological hazards in mountainous areas vulnerable to massive quake, it’s of high significance to study the strategies of route selection, which is the primary phase of railway construction project, for the purpose of scientific prevention and reduction of railway?geological hazards. In reference to the relevant information about the route selection and design of Qinghai-Tibet Railway and Sichuan-Tibet Railway, and by making full use of professional advantages in geology engineering, the thesis gives a deeper study in the geographic features, geological structure and the substratum lithology of Qinghai-Xizang region and analyzes such problems as the severe geological hazards in the route selection and design of the railways in mountainous areas vulnerable to massive quake (for instance, Sichuan-Tibet Railway). Besides, the thesis probes into such severe geological hazards as landslides, sliding slope,debris flow, avalanche, gelisol and solution cavity in terrain and puts forth the specific strategies dealing with such geological hazards. Key Words: route selection; earthquake; geological hazard; hazard analysis; hazard prevention and reduction 第一章 综述 1.1 地震综合分析 中国位于世界两大地震带——环太平洋地震带与欧亚地震带之间，受太平洋板块、印度板块和菲律宾海板块的挤压，地震断裂带十分发育。20世纪以来，中国共发生6级以上地震近800次，遍布除贵州、浙江两省和香港特别行政区以外所有的省、自治区、直辖市。 中国地震活动频率高、强度大、震源浅，分布广，是一个震灾严重的国家。1900年以来，中国死于地震的人数达55万之多，占全球地震死亡人数的53%;1949年以来，100多次破坏性地震袭击了22个省(自治区、直辖市)，其中涉及东部地区14个省份，造成27万余人丧生，占全国各类灾害死亡人数的54%，地震成灾面积达30多万平方公里，房屋倒塌达700万间。地震及其他自然灾害的严重性构成中国的基本国情之一。 中国地震带分布图详解 中国地震主要分布在五个区域：台湾地区、西南地区、西北地区、华北地区、东南沿海地区和23条地震带上。而川藏线的建设首先要面对的就是青藏高原地震区，包括兴都库什山、西昆仑山、阿尔金山、祁连山、贺兰山-六盘山、龙门山、喜马拉雅山及横断山脉东翼诸山系所围
