In principle, the methods of evaluating the intestinal absorption kinetics can be divided into three types. And now the common research methods in intestinal absorption of CMM are in situ perfusion model of rat, Caco-2 cells model, and drug plasma concentration test. Study hotspot primarily focus on single active ingredients, for example flavonoids, saponins, alkaloids and so on. However, studies on CMM as whole or compound medicines are rarely. The main methods and the research situation of intestinal absorption kinetics in CMM are r
