The article evaluated and expounded t he historic and current situation of t he Yellow River cut-off and it s influence on ecology environment in Huanghe Delta . Based on t he survey of t he data includ ing t he achievement s in scientific research and t he economic and social statistical data , ten counter- measures and proposals for reducing influence on t he ecology environment by means of qualitative and quantitaive analysis were put forward .
