China University of Geosciences, W uhan 4 0074, China) Abstract: Based on investigation on the spot and the comprehensive analysis of the spatial and spectral information from TM mi age, the authors believe that: ( 1) the Laguigangrimetamorph ic core complex (M CC) zone controls the geologic d isaster d irectly through the fault system that develops in its contact-zone and affects the geologic d isaster gestation, scale and intensity ind irectly through the tecton ic landform and character w ater system; ( 2) affected by the tecton ic alteration, the contact-zone and the part cover extend ing from contact-zone of each m etamorph ic core comp lex belonging to the Lagu igangriMCC zone become a such region that the geologic d isasters occurred easily. D isasters include the collapse, landslide and debris flow, etc; ( ) to study the structural pattern and its genesis model can supervisemapping the area w here the geologic d isaster occurs easily.
