The re su lts showed that the extract re strained the grow th of Esche rich ia coli, A g robacterium tum ef aciens, B acillus subitilis and B acillus p um ilus, wh ile inh ib ited the grow th of yea st at a certain exten t. A nd the m in im um inh ib itory concen tration s (M IC) were 0. 25, 0. 3 , 0. 25 , 0. 3, 1. 0 g ·mL - 1 re sp ec tively. Moreover the nbu tano l extract also cou ld re strained som e bacterium strain s, wh ich had an tib iotic re sist ance s.
