前言
根据《我国自行车发展现状的调查研究》报告显示,我过自行车运动发展正面临严峻得挑战。首先是人员的现状,我国骑自行车的人群总的来说较多,但是与全国总人数之比相对自行车运动发达国家却屈指可数,到目前为止无一家专业的俱乐部;其次,我国在自行车运动的管理体制还只将重心放在专业竞技上,而忽视了最广大群众对于这一运动的认知度和认同感;并且我国在场地上也存在困难,人多车多,公路自行车更是艰难,在中国恶劣的交通环境下,公路练习本身就是一个危险,甚至有队员在公路训练车祸身亡的情况出现。
实际上我国的自行车赛事就反应了自行车运动的发展水平,目前我国一位专业的自行车运动员的参赛时间还不及法国选手的10%,国际赛事仅获得铜牌一枚,而金牌尚未实现零突破,当然这与这项运动在我国的发展历史较短不无关系。以上种种原因归于一点,就是未进行资源的最大化利用,并且最终导致了自行车运动在我国的发展遭遇瓶颈,同时,对于专业的自行车企业发展面临困难。
