国内谷氨酰胺强化的肠外营养对胃癌患者免疫功能影响的Meta分析.PDF

中华普通外科学文献 （ 电子版 ） 2011 年8月第 5 卷第 4 期 Chin Arch Gen Surg （Electronic Edition），August 20 11，Vol 5 ，No.4 ·343 · ·循证医学 · 国内谷氨酰胺强化 的肠外营养对 胃癌患者 免疫功能影响的Meta分析 张万红 苏长春 【摘要 】 目的 系统评价国内谷氨酰胺增强的肠外营养对胃癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法 利用 计算机检索 2001 年至 2010 年 中国生物医学文献数据库、 中国期刊全文数据库及中文科技期刊全文数 据库， 关于谷氨酰胺肠外营养对于胃癌患者免疫功能影 响的随机对照试验文献。对纳入 的研究进行方 法学质量评价， 并采用 RevMan5.0.25 软件进行 Meta 分析。结果 共有 4 篇随机对照试验文献的研究符 合纳入标准。Meta 分析显示 ， 使用谷氨酰胺强化 的患者各项免疫指标均有所恢复， 其 中 CD4 、 CD4/CD8 比值比分别为 9.15 、 0.51， 与未使用强化方案 的患者比较差异具有统计学意义 （P ＜0.01）。结论 含谷氨 酰胺的肠外营养可以改善和增强胃癌患者应激状态下的免疫功能。 【关键词 】 谷氨酰胺； 胃癌 ； 免疫功能； Meta 分析 Meta-analysis of the effect of glutamine on immune function in patients with gastric cancer in China * * ZHA NG Wan-hong , S U Chang-chun. Methods Clinical controlled trails including glutamine on immune function were collected from CBMdisc,CNKI and VIP from 2001 to 20 10. The methodological quality of included studies was evaluated, and data analyses were performed with The Cochrane Collaborations software RevMan 5.0.25. Results A total of four clinical controlled trials were included in the study. Meta analysis showed with using glutamine after the trial, the immune function of patients were enhanced, the CD4, CD4/CD8 ratios were 9.15,0.51 (P ＜0.01).
