Project of Production Lines for Wind Generating Sets Blades Ⅰ. Project Content The project, covering a land area of 400 mu, intends to build the new standardized workshops and office buildings with total construction area of 180000 square meters and purchase a total of 184 sets of production and testing equipment. After the completion of the project, it will produce the vanes for wind generating sets blades with annual output of 2000 units. Ⅱ. Investment Estimation and Capital Sources The total investment for the project will be US$240 million, including fixed assets of US$180 million , initial working capital of US$60 million, intending to use foreign capital of US$200 million. Ⅲ. Market Analysis In all kinds of new energy, wind power technology is relatively mature and the market demand of the product is larger. It is expected that the market demand will reach 20 million KW by 2016 and 40million KW by 2020.Therefore the demand for wind generating sets blades will be greatly increased and the market prospect for the project is promising. Ⅳ. Construction Conditions This project is located in FRP Industrial Park of Zaoqiang in Hebei Province, which is close to the Daqing-Guangzhou Expressway and Beijing-Jiulong Railway.
