40岁以下宫颈病变及宫颈癌E-钙粘素、β-连接素表达及意义【摘要】目的：探讨细胞黏附分子E-钙粘素和β-连接素在40岁以下宫颈病变及宫颈癌组织中的表达。方法：应用免疫组化SP法检测E-钙黏素和β-连接素在30例40岁以下子宫颈癌、26例宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）及10例正常子宫颈组织中的表达。结果：E-钙黏素和β-连接素在CIN异常表达率为42％、39％，与正常宫颈比较差异有显著性（P＜0.05）；E-钙黏素和β-连接素在宫颈癌异常表达率为73％、70％，E-钙黏素在宫颈癌的异常表达与CIN及正常宫颈比较差异有显著性（P＜0.05，P＜0.01）。β-连接素在宫颈癌的异常表达显著高于正常宫颈（P＜0.01）。结论：E-钙粘素和β-连接素蛋白表达的下调可能是年轻妇女CIN进展为宫颈癌的因素。 【关键词】E-钙黏素；β-连接素；宫颈肿瘤；免疫组织化学 文章编号：1009-5519（2007）15-2222-02 中图分类号：R73 文献标识码：A Study on the expression of E-cadherin and β-caten in protein in human cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer LI Hua-wen1，CHEN Zhong-wen1，LEI Wei-hua2 (1.Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology，The First People’s Hospital of Zhaoqing，Zhaoqing 526021，China；2.Department of Pathology，The First People’s Hospital of Zhaoqing，Zhaoqing 526021，China) 【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and cervical cancer. Methods:Immunohistochemical S-P method was used in 30 cervical cancer，26 CIN and 10 normal cervical tissue specimens aged40 years for the expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin. Results：Abnormal immunoreactivity for E-cadherin (42% ) and β-catenin (39% ) in CIN were observed respectively. which were significant differences from normal group(P0.05). Abnormal immunoreactivity for E-cadherin and β-catenin were 73% and 70% respectively. Abnormal immunoreactivity for E-cadherin in cervical cancer was significant difference compared with CIN and normal group(P＜0.05，P＜0.01). Abnormal expression of β-catenin in cervical cancers was higher than that in normal group(P＜0.01).
