三乙醇胺乳膏对直肠癌放射性皮肤损伤预防及治疗效果观察[摘要]目的 探讨三乙醇胺乳膏在直肠癌放疗患者肛周皮肤损伤预防护理中应用的效果。方法 84例直肠癌放疗患者随机分为研究组及对照组，两组患者均给予一般护理，研究组患者另给予三乙醇胺乳膏外用，比较两组患者放射性皮肤损伤发生相关情况以及放射治疗完成情况。结果 研究组放射性皮肤损伤发生等级低于对照组，放射性皮肤损伤剂量及完成放射治疗剂量高于对照组，放射性皮肤损伤发生时间晚于对照组，愈合时间短于对照组。结论 三乙醇胺乳膏能够减轻直肠癌放射性皮肤损伤，并能够促进创面愈合，对直肠癌放射性皮肤损伤具有良好的防治效果。 [关键词]放射性皮肤损伤；直肠癌；三乙醇胺乳膏；创面 [中图分类号] R730.5 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）32-120-02 Effective Observation of Triethanol Cream on Preventing and Treating Radioderma- titis of Rectal Cancer CHEN Qin XIE Shuping Cancer Hospital in Zhejiang Province, Hangzhou 310022, China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of triethanol cream on preventing nursing and nursingtreating radiodermatitis of rectal cancer. Methods All 84 cases of patients who taken radiotherapy with rectal cancer were randomly divided into research groups and control groups, all patients received conventional nursing, patients in research groups besmeared triethanol cream, correlative factor of radiodermatitis and progression of radiotherapy were contrasted between research groups and control groups. Results Grade of radiodermatitis was lower in research groups than that in control group, radiation dose that coused radiodermatitis was higher in research groups than in control groups, radiation dose performed was higher in research groups than that in control group, time of causing radiodermatitis was later in research groups than that in control group, time of wound surface healing was shorter in research groups than that in control group. Conclusion Triethanol cream could relieif radiodermatitis in rectal cancer and improve wound surface healing, have a good effect in preventing and treating radiodermatitis of rectal cancer. [Key words] Radiodermatitis；Rectal cancer；Triethanol cream；Wound surface 放射治疗是直肠癌综合治疗的主要方法，其杀伤、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖的同时对人体正常组织也有损伤[1]，放射性皮肤损伤则是治疗中不可避免的并发症，严重者可并发肛管黏膜的损伤，影响患者的生活质量，甚至被迫终止治疗。因此对直肠癌放疗患者采用护理手段，预防治疗放射性皮肤损伤具有重要的临床意义。近年来我院在直肠癌放疗患者护理过程中采用三乙醇胺乳膏预防治疗放射性肛周皮肤损伤，取得较好的临床效果，现报道如下。 1 资料
