依达拉奉对脑梗死患者红细胞免疫功能及血液流变学指标影响探究[摘要] 目的 探讨依达拉奉对脑梗死患者红细胞免疫功能及血液流变学指标的影响。 方法 选取2009年1月～2011年7月我院收治的98例脑梗死患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组各49例，对照组根据疾病进行常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用依达拉奉进行治疗，后将两组患者治疗前及治疗后1、2周的红细胞免疫功能及血液流变学指标进行统计及比较。 结果 治疗后1、2周观察组的红细胞C3b受体花环率和红细胞免疫黏附促进因子均高于对照组，红细胞免疫复合物花环率均低于对照组，各项血液流变学指标均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05或P ＜ 0.01）。 结论 依达拉奉对脑梗死患者红细胞免疫功能及血液流变学指标的影响较明显，可显著改善患者的这些检测指标。 [关键词] 依达拉奉；脑梗死；红细胞免疫功能；血液流变学；影响 [中图分类号] R743.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2012）01（c）-0077-02 Study on the influence of Edaravone for the erythrocyte immune function and hemorheology indexes of patients with cerebral infarction MA Baoshan MA Teng Department of Neurology, the First Hospital of Yongnian County, Hebei Province, Yongnian 057150, China [Abstract] Objective To study the influence of Edaravone for the erythrocyte immune function and hemorheology indexes of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 98 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2009 to July 2011 were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 49 patients in each group.
