当前实施电力需求侧管理存在的问题和思考

摘要：目前，电力需求侧管理在我国进入了一个发展较快的时期，国家有关部门出台了很多关于电力需求侧管
理的政策，对实施有序用电、提高能效、缓解电力供需矛盾发挥了积极的作用，但在实施过程中也发现了一些
亟待解决的问题。为此，从电力需求侧管理相关知识的认知开始，分析了当前实施电力需求侧管理存在的问题
和解决方法，为适时完善电力需求侧管理提出意见和建议。
