地氯雷他定联合斯奇康治疗湿疹疗效观察[摘要] 目的：探讨地氯雷他定联合斯奇康治疗湿疹的临床疗效。方法：将197例湿疹患者随机分为三组。治疗组67例：地氯雷他定5 mg，口服，每日1次，斯奇康0.5 mg，肌注，隔日1次；地氯雷他定组72例：地氯雷他定5 mg，口服，每日1次；斯奇康组58例：斯奇康0.5 mg，肌注，隔日1次。三组疗程均为36 d，均于治疗后第18、36 d复诊。结果：18 d时三组疗效比较，治疗组与地氯雷他定组总显效率有显著性差异（P＜0.05），治疗组与斯奇康组总显效率有显著性差异（P＜0.005），地氯雷他定组与斯奇康组总显效率差异无显著性（P＞0.05）；36 d时三组疗效比较，治疗组与地氯雷他定组总显效率有显著性差异（P＜0.05），治疗组与斯奇康组总显效率有显著性差异（P＜0.05），地氯雷他定组与斯奇康组总显效率无显著性差异（P＞0.05）。结论：地氯雷他定联合斯奇康治疗湿疹，临床疗效显著。 [关键词] 地氯雷他定；斯奇康；湿疹 [中图分类号] R758.23[文献标识码]C [文章编号]1673-7210（2008）08（a）-076-02 An observation of curative effect of desloratadine united BCG-PSN in treating eczema HAN Jing-tao，HUANG Hai-bo (Department of Dermatology， the Second People’s Hospital of Yueyang City， Yueyang414000，China) [Abstract] Objective: To study the clinical effect of desloratadine united BCG-PSN in treating patients suffered from eczema. Methods:197 patients with eczema were divided into three teams at random. 67 cases in treatment team received desloratadine， 5 mg， po， qd， BCG-PSN， 0.5 mg， im， qod. 72 cases in desloratadine team recieved desloratadine， 5 mg， po， qd. 58 cases in BCG-PSN team recieved BCG-PSN， 0.5 mg， im， qod.
