妊高征预测研究系统临床应用价值探析[摘要] 目的：探讨妊娠高血压综合征（妊高征）预测分析系统预测妊高征发生的价值。方法：本院围产保健的正常孕妇511例接受妊高征预测分析系统检查，预测价值同时与双臂平均动脉压检查和Rollover试验比较。结果：511例孕产妇，明确诊断妊高征患者23例（4.5%）。妊高征组患者的妊高征指数（t=11.577，P=0.000）和血管阻力（t=8.976，P=0.000）高于正常组，而心排指数（t=7.833，P=0.000）低于正常组。预测分析系统预测妊高征的灵敏度、特异度和预测正确性分别为87.2%、73.4%和81.1%。预测分析系统预测价值均要高于双臂平均动脉压检查和Rollover试验。结论：妊高征预测分析系统对妊高征的发生有较好的预测价值。 [关键词] 妊娠高血压综合征；预测分析系统；预测价值 [中图分类号] R714.24+6 [文献标识码]A[文章编号]1674-4721（2011）02（c）-018-02 Prediction of pregnancy hypertension clinical value of the system YI Xuelan (People′s Hospital of Qiyang County, Hunan Province, Qiyang 426100, China) [Abstract] Objective: Prediction of pregnancy hypertension of the system predicted value occurring with pregnancy hypertension. Methods: Perinatal care in our hospital received 511 cases of normal pregnant women with pregnancy hypertension forecast analysis system, predictive value of mean arterial pressure with both arms, check and compare Rollover test. Results: 511 cases of pregnant women, patients with the diagnosis of pregnancy in 23 cases (4.5%). Disease group of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension index (t=11.577, P=0.000) and vascular resistance (t=8.976, P=0.000) higher than the normal group, and cardiac index (t=7.833, P=0.000) lower in the normal group. Forecast and analysis system with pregnancy hypertension sensitivity, specificity and prediction accuracy were 87.2%,73.4% and 81.1%. Forecasting system predictive value were higher than the arms and mean arterial blood pressure checks and Rollover test. Conclusion: Forecast and analysis system with pregnancy hypertension on the incidence of pregnancy hypertension has a good predictive value.
